If digital goods are lost due to user error (incorrect email, lost account, accidental deletion, etc.), LTK is not obligated to replace or refund the purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure delivery information is accurate at checkout.
Under two circumstances - we will refund, and that is if the "digital goods" (key/account) is faulty, meaning it does not work, or is banned.
